Russia: Time-lapse movies

Since arriving in Russia, we’ve been driving in convoy with a Japanese couple we met on the ferry. Aside from making some new friends, it also gave us the chance to mount our camera on their car and make some time-lapse films. Neither of us were really sure what to expect, but they came out really well and give a good sense of the landscape.

    1. Hi Rhys…boy oh boy do I miss you…you would love it! Totty is being a very good girl and it’s fun camping 🙂 The roads are very long and some are really straight. Most of them are quite new or were being built as we were driving on them! There is not much traffic – mostly large lorries travelling long distances. The cars do drive really quick and we get over taken lots! Keep in touch. PS What is the capital of Kazakhstan??!!

  1. Hello,
Research came up with the following as options:-
    View of Astana from Bayterek
    Khan Shatyr
    Any more capitals?
